What is the Weston Village BIA?
Established in 1979, the Weston Village BIA is one of the oldest in the city of Toronto. This Business Improvement Association (BIA) is run by a collection of businesses and property owners who work together to support growth and development in the community. The village reflects the area's diversity through the many stores, restaurants and professional buildings that line the area. This community prides itself in its eclectic history and supports second and third generation-owned businesses in the area.
The Weston Village BIA goal is to promote the revitalization and preservation of the community, including regular maintenance, public art programs, municipal partnerships and much more. Yearly events such as the Weston Farmers' Market and Santa Claus bring the community and visitors together to support fellow businesses and residents. Community members and volunteers alike work to make the village a desirable destination for all.
